  2. Review the files. Check the manual, staff pack, workbook, and sample structure.
  3. Email us if it is not a fit. One sentence is enough.
  4. Refund within 3 business days. Returned to your original payment method.

Covered

  • The binder is not specific enough for your trade or market.
  • The binder assumes the wrong size or stage of business.
  • The binder conflicts with documentation you already use.

Not covered

  • Requests after the 14-day window.
  • Outcome disputes after implementation.
  • Bulk purchases for resale or republication.
