How an OwnersBinder edition is built — and how it stays accurate.
This page is the contract between us and the owners who buy our work. Read it. Hold us to it.
1 — One edition, one trade.
No relabeled generic packs. Each edition has its own scope, examples, reviewer context, and rollout logic.
2 — Reviewed before publication.
Operational sections are reviewed by a trade reviewer. Pricing logic is reviewed by an accountant. Contract templates are reviewed by an attorney where applicable.
3 — Your numbers drive the tools.
Calculators use your labor rate, parts cost, payroll burden, and overhead. Example numbers explain the model; they are not market advice.
4 — Updates require substance.
When files materially change, the version log changes too. No hollow update cycles to look busy.
5 — Clean incentives.
No paid placements inside binders. No affiliate links. No fake scarcity. If a binder is not a fit, we say so.
