Is OwnersBinder a generic template pack?
No. Each edition is built for one trade and one operating context.
Who is it for?
Owner-led service businesses where pricing, dispatch, customer handling, or recurring revenue still depend too much on the owner.
Who is it not for?
Solo operators with no team yet, or larger teams that already have current role-specific SOPs.
Files
What files are included?
Most binders include an Owner Manual, Staff Pack, and editable Workbook. Some include contract or customer-facing templates.
Will the calculators work in my market?
Yes. You enter your labor rate, parts cost, payroll burden, and overhead. Example numbers are not recommendations.
Can my team use it?
Yes. The license covers internal use by your business. It does not allow resale or republication.
Risk
Is this software or coaching?
No. You receive files you own and install. No login, subscription, or coaching retainer.
How do updates work?
Twelve months of edition updates are included. We update when files materially improve, not on a marketing schedule.
What if it is not a fit?
Email us within 14 days. If the binder does not fit how your shop operates, we refund it. Full terms.
